Women Entrepreneur Awards (WEA), an initiative of H2H Events, successfully concluded its second edition in 2024. Launched in 2023, the awards continue to provide a platform to showcase, promote and celebrate the outstanding contributions of female entrepreneurs in the Mauritian economy.
H2H Events ensured that every aspect of the Women Entrepreneur Awards was executed seamlessly, reflecting our commitment to excellence and the empowerment of women in business. This included:
- Branding & Design: Crafting a dynamic and user-friendly website that is visually appealing and shares information and allows applications to submit their registrations. Produce high-quality marketing collaterals (including digital communications) and supporting documents for relevant stakeholders.
- Supplier & Volunteer Management: Finding and coordinating with suppliers and volunteers with the same ideologies not only to ensure smooth event operations but also to ensure to cause is fulfilled.
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Securing key sponsors and strategic partners to support the initiative and provide valuable resources.
- Entertainment: Curating exceptional entertainment to enrich the experience for all attendees at all event phases.
- Policy & Governance: Establishing and implementing strong governance frameworks to maintain the integrity and merit of the awards.
- Ambassadors: Identifying ambassadors who helped expand our reach and connect with more women entrepreneurs while aligned with our brand values.
- Venue Selection: Sourcing bespoke venues catering to the event’s unique needs.
- Gift Procurement: Selecting thoughtful and meaningful gifts to honor the awardees and add value to the events.
- Press & Digital Communication: Managing pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications, including coordinating with PR suppliers press releases and social media content.
- Event Management: Delivering professional MC services and overseeing all event logistics inclusive on event technical aspects such as audio-visual, set up, décor and catering.
